It wasn’t that long ago that Walnut Hill was simply our family farm. But since we opened our family estate up to be used for some of life’s most amazing moments it has continued to grow. We are excited to offer a new luxury experience that includes the use of both the Estate house and Hill House for the wedding parties to get ready.

All rentals include the use of both the Estate House and Hill House with complimentary mimosa bar with 4 bottles of champagne and
24 count beer bucket.
This gives both wedding parties an abundance of room to relax and get ready to celebrate!

Memorial day and Labor day Sundays: Saturday pricing
July 4th, Memorial Day, and Labor Day: Sunday pricing
Your rental time is 10am to 11pm with breakdown completed by midnight for all vendors

How do we book?
To book your date we will need 50% reservation payment of your venue fee and signed contract
Any other fees?
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit via check or direct deposit.
Clients must also purchase day of event insurance through our approved carrier. (Cost approximately $250 to client)
3 months prior: Final payment due
